The moment you purchase some Contract Maintenance you get a PayPal receipt of payment in full. After each day of service, local or remote access, we fill out a spreadsheet on Google docs which you have 24/7 shared access to and we email you a copy of that tracking spreadsheet breakdown as well. Below is an example of some service and support and how the time is tracked. All of our time is tracked this way for all support services, training, web site design, email problems, hardware or software repairs, or anything else you may need. This form of tracking will help you understand what services have been covered. Seeing this before you sign up makes it clear what to expect in the billing process.
